Director & Lead Technical
James was studying at RMIT in 1998 when he was first offered formal employment in IT just before getting married (late last century.)
Outside of this business, he has always been in the personal side of IT support – whether in an office environment for an international firm, a call centre in a software company, or out on the road, he has always been directly involved in helping people with technology.
Focusing on the human side of the human / technology relationship has always been his passion – recently he’s also completed a Master’s degree through Deakin University.
Referrals for the people who he has looked after always refer to the kindness, the caring attention and the speed at which problems are solved.
Senior Technician & Business Systems
Peter has a strong technical skillset which has been attained from small business IT through to OT (Operational Technology) in the middle of Australia to 3km underground.
His passion is in one-to-one business analysis, applying his experience, his formal education (a Masters of Business & Technology) and his deep understanding to improve your bottom line.
Peter’s personal fascination with IT automation has spread to home automation, from controlling the flow of water to a fountain in high wind, to causing a gentle reminder to appear when a phone needs charging, to any number of life-changing improvements.
Office Legend
Megan’s professional career has taught her to be empathetic, resilient, ethical & above all reliable. She is a loyal & valued team member who is striving for more when it comes to her clients. Megan’s refined verbal & written communication skills fit in seamlessly with D-stress Computers, while her can-do attitude is a great representation of us.
Clients will certainly appreciate the dedication to customer service in a world that is vastly moving to self-service and answering machines.
One of her greatest achievements was being awarded a “Care” award by the bank’s CEO. It was on reflection of the help she provided day-to-day that Megan decided to help more business owners at ground level, becoming an Admin for Small Businesses.
Megan is a self-proclaimed nerd, loving all things pop culture & tech. Her home is her castle where she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs.
